• Van Houten 46.5% Dark Couverture is well-rounded couverture chocolate with a perfect balance between bitterness and sweetness. It has a cocoa character with long-lasting taste from the house of Barry Callebaut.
• For Industrial and Institutional use as a raw material.
• Usage: Tempering is required. Avoid moisture contact.
• Store in a cool, dry place; away from strong odour and direct sunlight. 
• Best before 12 months from packaging
• Goods once sold will not take back or exchanged.
